Gyara Vachan (Eleven Assurances)

Baba gave eleven vachans (assurances) to his devotees. If you read them like a prayer they are simple sentences. You will develop faith in baba then these vachans are fulfilled.

I had a colleague working in IT infrastructure who realised that he would loose his job as his departmental jobs would be outsourced. He was expecting termination order anytime. He decided to go baba and pray. He had baba's darshan and was coming back to Mumbai. He was not having roaming connection to his mobile. As he entered Navi Mumbai,  he received a welcome message from Mobile operator. He was hoping for the best and wanted to reach home. His first call was from his friend asking him to attend interview in his company where he got selected and joined. Baba's assurance that there will be never shortage of any essentials got fulfilled.

Another junior of mine was struggling to get a job as he was not sure of the continuity of current job. I told him the above experience of my colleague and asked him to visit baba. He got convinced and applied for a leave on Monday to visit Shirdi. He received an interview call before the weekend and by the time he left for Shirdi he was carrying an  offer letter. Baba's ways of showing grace is unimaginable. You have to wait and watch to see the way his grace unfolds and fulfills your wishes.

Gyaneswar in Hari Path is emphatic that two letters Ha Ri (Hari) are sufficient for you to sail through worldly miseries. An undeterred devotion and faith in Hari is just needed to ward the worldly miseries. Lord Krishna in Geeta assures and exhorts humans to become his devotees, do devotional duties and he will take care of them. Shan Achor a professor in  Psychology from Harvard says people who have strong positive attitude that they would bounce back from troubles, will always come out successful. Baba is a psychologist who brings positivity, a Guru who leads us to devotional path and a God who graces us with help  which is summed up in his eleventh assurance

Leave the burden to me, I will bear it

He is showing us path to happiness that being his devotee, being conscience of his assurances, having faith in him relieves you from worldly miseries and puts you in eternal happiness

Bulava

Pilgrimages are planned and We go to places as per plan. But Shirdi is not the one where you can plan and. go. It is place a where you need bulava from Baba. I went many times being in Mumbai and many a times it is joining somebody who is going to Shirdi. I distinctly remember once when  I wanted to go and planned to go and were looking for a family who can join  us to make it a group and share Sumo charges.  We planned our leaves and were trying to hire a sumo. Our Journey was supposed to start early in the morning to steer clear of Mumbai's traffic but was not able to hire a Sumo till late night 10 PM. I was exhausted and said to baba  that I have given up my efforts and only you have take me to  Shirdi.  Mentally I gave up and a bit disappointed. I received a call at 10:10 PM from one of a Sumo driver who has arrived from a trip and was ready to take us in the morning. I was very happy informed my friends and told them that Bulava has come from baba and We would leave in the morning. We had a wonderful trip and were happy to have his darshan.

I was crossing fifties and was finding it difficult to travel to Shirdi by Sumo as road from Nasik to Shirdi was full of potholes and bumpy. I had to join my family group once. We started in a Sumo in the morning and after a while, We released that the Sumo was smelling foul. We went to the garage and demanded the Travel agent to change the Sumo. He told us that he can replace it by an Innova which was expensive. We had to agree as there was no alternative. The journey to Shirdi through Nasik ghats in Innova was such a smooth, fast and pleasant drive, I was surprised that baba listens to his devotees wishes fulfills their wishes either expressed or not. I went to Shirdi and journey was a dream singing
